Bro they are readily available, it's being discussed at Airsoft mechanics.
Here are the next gen PB head with bearing and cylinder head for perfect AOE,

PB head with bearing

Cylinder head

You don't need to take out the stock rubber and super glue it with mighty bond, or you can buy 1 of this if you like modifying,

Set on a bore up/stock cylinder head, don't forget to reinforce it with the stock rubber.

I hope this can help or go to this website for further info.

Ah, gotcha - from you pictures it looked like you were using something else. I've got the MASK piston/cylinder head in on of my guns. I was looking for a cheaper solution, though I see that they just sell the sorbo pads by themselves.

Hi guys, can the AoE effect fps if not properly aligned. Because I have a high power DMR setup, but I'm losing fps somewhere. Is it possible that the AoE can affect this?

The main cause for FPS drop is airsealing gone wrong, but ya this modification will reduce FPS due to suppress cylinder air volume, use a stiffer spring to compensate. By the way this modifications are for Hi ROF set up. I have a SAM R which doesn't need this mods, set to semi.

Here's some more, set on 2 different bore up cylinder head (CA, Guarder), note, superglued the sorbo pads to the stock pads, again this mods are for perfect AOE (high ROF set up)

Yes. Remember that these pads take up space in your cylinder therefore reducing the air produced per cycle. That's why most users compensate the loss of air by either changing the cylinder type or spring.
